Thursday Thirteen: Issue #1

The inaugural issue! Think it might become as valuable as a Superman #1? (Yes, I know it was actually Action Comics.)

In honor of this being issue #1, here are thirteen #1s I'd like to do this summer.

1. Sleep through the night since the girls were born.

2. Spin some wool into a yarn I can actually use.

3. Write a letter to the editor.

4. Finish a pair of socks.

5. Deliver food to a new mother.

6. Do once-a-month cooking for a month.

7. Send a postcard to Post Secret.

8. Have a picnic with my girls.

9. Take my girls to the beach.

10. Host a playdate at the house.

11. Sew hats for the girls.

12. Go plastic bag-free for a month.

13. Learn to make soap.
