Muffing Tin Monday

I have been making muffin tin lunches and dinners very often. I just haven't been posting them. Here is what we had today for lunch; it is a pretty good representation of what we usually have, too.

Surprisingly enough, the most popular time for a muffin tin is erev Shabbat while Aba goes to the Beit Knesset. The girls have a sampling of dinner foods and then we have a no stress Shabbat dinner.
