Eating From the Fridge, Day 4

Today was an at-home day and my knitting night!

Breakfast: Oatmeal (pinhead oats soaked overnight) with honey and raisins for the girls and Aba. I had a smaller bowl and topped it with an egg. Try it if you have a hard time getting protein at breakfast!

Snack: Hardboiled eggs.

Lunch: 

Snack: Bugs on a log (celery with peanut butter topped with raisins).

Dinner: Some sort of crockpot dish I found in the freezer. (I have a vague memory of preparing a chicken and vegetable dish for Shabbat and then learning there was a community lunch before it had started cooking. So I wrapped it up and stuck it in the freezer. Unlabled.)

Aba and the girls finished the parve ice cream sandwiches.
